About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Full Stack Developer
to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge, consumer-facing web applications in the
education technology
space. You'll have end-to-end ownership of features — from design to deployment — and help shape our engineering practices, product design, and technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs.
  • Work across the full stack — from database to UI — taking complete ownership of features.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help refine our engineering standards.
  • Continuously learn, evaluate, and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance product performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications.
  • Strong interest in full-stack development and building features end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as
  • Understanding of backend technologies like and frameworks like (or similar).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and message brokers (RabbitMQ) preferred.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, or cloud-based deployments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about education technology and improving student success.
