We make finding and retaining experienced software talent easy and affordable.Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the full QA process, including creating and executing test cases, reporting defects, and performing regression testing. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.ResponsibilitiesReview requirements and specifications to understand the scope and objectives of testing.Create, maintain, and execute clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans.Identify, document, and track defects, and communicate issues clearly to developers and stakeholders.Perform regression, functional, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and boundary testing as needed.Validate APIs using tools like Postman, verifying status codes and response bodies.Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and ensure timely resolution.Track testing progress and results using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.RequirementsProven experience in manual QA testing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end QA process.Demonstrated ability to identify, reproduce, and document bugs with strong examples from experience.Ability to write clear test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria and explain them effectively.Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.Familiarity with API testing fundamentals using Postman or similar tools.Knowledge of common testing types: functional, regression, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and boundary testing.Experience collaborating with developers, reporting blockers, and tracking work in Jira or Azure DevOps.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset.BenefitsPermanent Work-from-home setupWork-from-home allowanceHealth Insurance on day 1 of employment with free three (3) dependentsGroup Term Life InsuranceA laptop and other equipmentOther top benefitscheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
