What You'll DoOwn & Build: Take charge of core services, write clean and scalable code, and influence architectural decisions.
Set the Bar High: Champion coding standards, thorough testing, and top-tier code reviews.
Mentor & Elevate: Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and lead internal workshops.
Optimize & Improve: Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling.
Advocate for Maintenance: Identify and address technical debt, making the case for long-term stability.

5+ years of experience with Python or any other OOP language
Backend expertise: APIs, microservices, architecture best practices
Databases & SQL: Data modeling, query optimization
Git lover: Comfortable with version control and code reviews
Pragmatic engineering mindset: Build, test, refine, simplify—smart shortcuts when time is tight
Bonus points if you've worked on:
B2B SaaS or finance/ERP tools
BaaS APIs or payment infra
Serverless, AWS, event-driven architecture exposure
Backend: Python / Flask / SQLAlchemy
Frontend: Typescript / Vue3 / Amplify
Data: PostgreSQL / DynamoDB / S3
Infra: AWS / Serverless / Docker / Airflow / Databricks
Tooling: Git / GitLab / Sentry
