• Coordinating circularity‑focused projects, including EcoServices, second‑hand furniture programs, and low‑carbon initiatives.
• Collaborating with dealers, internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Managing logistics activities, stakeholder meetings, and reporting needs such as financial summaries and carbon‑footprint assessments.
• Developing partnerships with brokers, service providers, and circular‑economy players to strengthen the ecosystem.
• Promoting circular service offerings during client engagements and helping convert opportunities into contracts.
• Identifying and assessing new circular‑economy opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
• Supporting knowledge‑sharing efforts related to sustainability and circular‑economy practices across the sales force.

Minimum Qualifications

• Sales‑oriented experience, including supporting or executing customer‑facing or service‑driven projects.
• Professional experience in the furniture, interior solutions, workplace design, facility services, or related environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, client support, or operational delivery.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; English proficiency required for one of the positions.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with clients, suppliers, brokers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and operational steps within complex projects.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, especially when communicating sustainability, circularity, or environmental concepts.
• Interest or experience in sustainability, circular‑economy initiatives, or low‑carbon solutions.
• Comfort using ERP/CRM tools and managing documentation, quotations, and reporting deliverables.
• Ability to negotiate with external partners and support the development of partnership models within the circular‑economy ecosystem.
