Chez Ramdam, nous aidons les plus grandes marques à produire des publicités vidéo short-form à grande échelle.

Nous recherchons aujourd'hui des AI Video Prompters capables de transformer des idées et des briefs en vidéos authentiques et humaines grâce aux derniers outils d'IA (Sora2, Veo, Runway, etc.).

Votre rôle consiste à
prompter
et diriger les AI tools pour générer des vidéos qui ressemblent à du vrai UGC : brutes, émotionnelles, créatives — pas lisses ni sur-produites.

Vous apporterez votre instinct créatif, votre humour et votre sens du storytelling pour rendre chaque vidéo profondément humaine.

Responsabilités :

  • Lire et interpréter des briefs créatifs provenant d'annonceurs.
  • Utiliser des AI video tools (Sora2, Veo, Runway, etc.) pour générer des vidéos short-form (style TikTok).
  • Rédiger des prompts qui garantissent une esthétique UGC : spontanée, imparfaite, naturelle.
  • Produire plusieurs variations créatives pour les tests et itérations.
  • Respecter des deadlines serrés (livrables en 24–48 h).

Profil recherché :

  • Solide instinct créatif et bonne compréhension des tendances vidéo short-form.
  • Familiarité avec les outils de génération vidéo via IA (expérience avec Sora, Veo, Runway, Pika ou similaires appréciée).
  • Capacité à suivre un brief tout en ajoutant personnalité et créativité.
  • À l'aise en anglais (maîtriser d'autres langues est un plus).
  • Fiable, rigoureux·se et rapide dans l'exécution.
