is the leading booking platform for outdoor activities in Europe. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Paris for a 10-month maternity leave replacement.

Our mission

To make it easy for everyone to discover outdoor and adventure activities and to create unforgettable memories. In just a few years, thanks to a network of over 2,500 outdoor professionals and more than 10,000 activities worldwide, Manawa has become the go-to platform to book experiences such as scuba diving in Greece, canyoning in the Ardèche, dog sledding in Québec, or surfing in Biarritz.

About the position

As a Marketing Manager at Manawa, you will play a key role in driving our growth during a pivotal 10-month period. You will be responsible for managing our paid performance channels while ensuring our organic brand presence (blog, social, and CRM) continues to thrive.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have significant autonomy in managing the marketing budget and leading a Marketing Intern to achieve our ambitious goals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing:
    Manage and optimize SEA campaigns (Google Ads and others) to drive conversions and ROI.
  • Affiliate Program:
    Lead and grow our affiliation channel by animating our network of partners.
  • Content & SEO:
    Coordinate the Manawa blog, including content creation, article optimization, and overall editorial strategy.
  • CRM:
    Ensure the regular delivery of high-quality newsletters to our customer database.
  • Social Media:
    Oversee social media content creation and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Reporting:
    Track marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to the CEO.
  • Management:
    Directly manage and mentor one Marketing Intern.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Perfectly fluent in both
    English and French
    .
  • Experience: At least
    2 years of experience in SEA and performance marketing
    .
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Google Ads and web analytics.
  • Versatility: Ideally, you have prior experience in CRM (newsletters) and content creation.
  • Soft Skills: You are curious, highly responsible, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Management: You feel comfortable guiding and reviewing the work of a junior team member.

Nice to have:

  • Fluent in a third language (Spanish or German).
  • A passion for outdoor sports and the travel industry.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environment.
