Job Description
As a consultant, you will be in direct contact with our clients on a wide range of problematics to be solved. It is your sense of contact and your ability to adapt that will make your success.
Your missions are numerous and varied, if you accept them:
Control the quality of documentation and ensure compliance with defined documentation standards,

Receive, record all documents coming from the client/suppliers,

Track, update document list, receive and process releases,

Participate in monitoring the project's projected schedule and remind the entire team of deadlines,

Write and present support material as well as document control,

Accompany the teams on the use of software related to document management,

Have notions in EDM, master the Pack office particularly Excel and Word.

Experience Required
Engineer or equivalent training, specialized in information management, documentation, archiving and communication. You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in this type of mission. You like teamwork, you are a rigorous person, and you have the ability to work independently on these subjects.
