ATTENTION
: The internship takes place in Qingdao, China.

Internship Start Date
: February 2026, for a duration of 6 months

Compensation
: 1200 CNY / month

Accommodation provided once on site (except for utilities)

Responsibilities:

  • Market research and report creation
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Management of the company's various email inboxes
  • Develop and maintain the collaborator network
  • Attendance at meetings, business meals, and potential business trips
  • Enhance the company's visibility on relevant platforms and social media
  • Provide innovative ideas to improve the company's operations
  • HR: Track candidates (schedule and conduct interviews, respond to specific candidate needs, and propose tailored solutions)
  • KPI analysis (SEO, CRM, etc.)
  • Familiarization with website management
  • Perform occasional tasks assigned by supervisors
  • The role involves marketing, HR, and business development tasks

Your Profile:

  • Must be of legal age (18+)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Being able to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • Motivated and enjoys challenges
  • Interested in marketing (no experience required)
  • Independent and creative
