Your Role

To support CFM's growth, we are looking for a Senior Cross-Functional Project Manager to join the Project Management team within the Technology Department. Under the direct supervision of the Head of the team, you will participate in the coordination and execution of various strategic projects across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Your Mission:

  • End-to-end management of a portfolio of IT projects according to the needs of the annual strategic plan (trading, data, risk, middle/back office, security, infrastructure), from ideation through to deployment and adoption.
  • Participate in establishing robust governance, ensuring prioritization, business alignment, and timely/budgeted delivery, while supporting change management.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the construction of the roadmap for the Research and Technology teams.
  • Structure and facilitate project governance.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, budgets, time-tracking, risks, change management, and communication.
  • Collaborate with various Technology and Research teams as well as support functions, integrating regulatory and security requirements to ensure the smooth running of projects and alignment with internal policies.
  • Measure adoption, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
  • Conduct market watch/benchmarking to enhance the dynamics of CFM's Project Management hub.
Your Skills
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering school or University, with a specialization in Project Management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a significant portion in a demanding financial environment (ideally buy-side/trading).
  • Proven experience in both internal IT development AND IT production.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (Fluent English required).
  • Coordination, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proactivity, dynamism, and rigor are essential qualities.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, autonomously and within a team in a complex and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A strong interest in cloud and new technologies (AI, LLM, ML, etc.).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) as well as development (CI/CD, DevOps, etc.) and ITIL production practices.
