Piloter et coordonner des activités clients variées : réunions utilisateurs, salons, roadshows, visites de sites de référence, expériences VR, sessions "lunch & learn".
Être ambassadeur(rice) Ethics & Compliance, garantissant le respect des réglementations HCP et de nos standards.
Développer et gérer des outils standardisés, rétroplannings et systèmes de suivi pour harmoniser et fluidifier l'exécution des événements.
Superviser les aspects administratifs : bons de commande, inscriptions, reporting, documentation.
Réinventer notre kit "meeting-in-a-box" pour assurer la cohérence des événements au niveau central et local.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Marketing, Clinique et Affaires Médicales EMEA pour aligner les activités HCP sur les besoins stratégiques annuels.
Diplôme supérieur en marketing ou equivalent
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en coordination d'événements dans une organisation complexe et matricielle.
Expérience dans le secteur MedTech ou pharmaceutique fortement appréciée
Langues : anglais obligatoire (interactions quotidiennes).
Compétences techniques : organisation, rigueur, maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint.
Rémunération fixe : 35 000 – € / an.
Sens du détail et rigueur dans les process.
Excellentes capacités de planification et d'organisation.
Esprit proactif, orienté action et sens de l'initiative.
Capacité à gérer les deadlines serrées avec efficacité.
Communication claire et impactante auprès de différents interlocuteurs.
