 Mission:
• Join Qonto as our Senior FP&A Business Partner for Western Europe and become the strategic financial co-pilot for our largest market.
 Impact:
• You will significantly impact the company by supporting strategic decision-making for Western Europe, our highest-contributing region, aligning our financial trajectory with Qonto's ambitious goals of growth and operational excellence. Working hand-in-hand with the Regional Managing Director, you will shape high-stakes decisions that define our success in France and beyond.
 As a Senior FP&A Business Partner - Western Europe at Qonto, you will
• Act as a strategic business partner: You will be the trusted advisor to the Regional MD, providing financial analysis, data-driven recommendations, and strategic business insights needed to measure strategic effectiveness and support high-stakes decision-making.
• Own the Region's Performance: You will manage the full P&L for Western Europe, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to identify growth opportunities and ensure we hit our profitability targets.
• Drive Financial Accuracy: You will orchestrate the financial monitoring for your scope, ensuring the accuracy of month-end closings, KPI tracking, and reporting while navigating complex deadlines.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work with operating teams to evaluate business initiatives, challenging their perspectives and identifying risks to foster operational efficiency.
• Support Transformation: You will contribute to the evolution of our financial processes and tools, helping to structure our performance framework as we prepare for our next stage of growth.

• Advanced Tooling: You will leverage modern financial tools and methodologies (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau, Dust) to drive efficiency and insights, moving away from manual legacy processes.
 About your future manager/ Head of Your manager will be Nathalie Neff, our Revenue and Regional FP&A Director.
• Her background: Nathalie started her career in a Big 4 and switched to corporate, holding several FP&A positions in Tech and Entertainment companies such as Criteo, Ubisoft, and Activision-Blizzard.
• What she brings: Nathalie brings expertise in fast-growing business transformations. She is committed to fostering a collaborative culture, valuing autonomy, and encouraging her team to drive impactful projects.
About You
• Experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, with a meaningful track record of business partnering at C-level or with senior management.
• Strategic Thinker: You possess strong business acumen, especially regarding the French market, and can translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Mastery of Fundamentals: You have expert-level financial modeling skills and are comfortable managing revenue forecasting and topline analysis.
• Mindset: You are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where resilience is key.
• Languages: You are fluent in both French and English, capable of negotiating and presenting to diverse stakeholders. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
