Your MissionReporting to the Technical FP&A Team Lead, you will own and optimize Wakam SA's technical margin. Your scope includes:Quarterly closing of the technical margin and variance analysis.Building budgets and forecasts for the technical margin with Commercial, Technical, and Reinsurance stakeholders.Producing monthly performance reporting with clear, decision-ready insights.Contributing to the annual cost accounting build.Supporting new business cases with robust financial modelling.Driving finance transformation projects and delivering ad-hoc analyses that influence strategy. What You BringMaster's degree (Bac+5) from a Business/Engineering school, ideally with a Finance/Insurance focus.+ 8 years' experience in Technical FP&A within the insurance industry (mandatory).Advanced Excel skills and solid command of financial modelling and performance KPIs.Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders.Fluent French and English (spoken and written).Curiosity for AI and automation and how they can streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and enrich analysis.
