Le poste

Dans un contexte de forte croissance, d'internationalisation et de structuration post-acquisition, vous pilotez la stratégie IT et la transformation digitale du groupe. Rattaché(e) au CEO et membre du Comex, vous modernisez le SI, harmonisez les pratiques et intervenez auprès des métiers et des filiales internationales.

Comment construire une trajectoire IT ambitieuse, adaptée à un modèle multi-filiales et international, tout en renforçant la performance opérationnelle ?

Comment harmoniser, moderniser et sécuriser un système d'information hétérogène pour accompagner une croissance rapide et des acquisitions régulières ?

Comment activer les bons leviers digitaux (processus, data, mobilité, innovation / IA) afin d'accélérer la transformation métier et améliorer l'efficacité des équipes terrain ?

Les missions (version détaillée à découvrir sur le site de Reemind)

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie IT du groupe, en alignement avec les enjeux métiers et la croissance internationale
  • Construire et piloter une roadmap de transformation : modernisation du SI, renforcement de la sécurité, digitalisation des processus métiers
  • Harmoniser les pratiques IT au sein d'un modèle multi-filiales tout en respectant les spécificités locales
  • Structurer les fondations data & BI et fiabiliser les reportings opérationnels
  • Piloter l'intégration IT des acquisitions et garantir l'alignement avec les standards du groupe
  • Manager une équipe de 12 personnes, structurer l'organisation et accompagner la montée en compétences
  • Travailler en proximité avec les filiales internationales, les métiers et les équipes terrain pour challenger, prioriser et conduire le changement

Profil recherché

  • 8–10 ans d'expérience en direction IT / transformation digitale dans des PME/ETI multisites en croissance
  • Solide expérience en définition de vision IT, conduite de programmes de transformation et contextes internationaux
  • Maitrise des enjeux IT : infrastructures, applicatif, data, sécurité, architecture
  • Anglais courant requis
