Join our international team as a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist whether you prefer working on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece, this role lets you combine career growth with a Mediterranean lifestyle.
Important: To be part of the team, you must be living in Greece (either Athens or anywhere in the country), so you can enjoy the culture, the cuisine, and the amazing beaches while working.

What Youll Be Doing
- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
- Help solve technical and service issues with comprehensive training provided
- Collaborate with an international team and learn from experienced mentors
- Keep accurate records to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Who You Are
- French (C2) and confident in English (B2+)
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
- Ready to live anywhere in Greece (remote allowed within the country)
- Strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
