The Position

Product Stewardship Specialist

Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients internes et externes de RAC pour l'élaboration et le partage de la documentation de conformité, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : les Fiches de Données de Sécurité (FDS), les déclarations de conformité, les dossiers réglementaires, la validation des étiquettes et des emballages.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients sur la conformité réglementaire des produits. Assurer les déclarations sur les plateformes officielles (Notifications aux Centres Antipoison, registre nano).
  • Recueillir les données sur les produits et les données techniques auprès des parties prenantes internes telles que les Chefs Produit, les usines de fabrication, les équipes S&T et analytiques, pour élaborer la documentation de conformité.
  • Recueillir des données auprès de parties prenantes externes telles que les fournisseurs pour garantir la conformité des produits à l'échelle mondiale.
  • Organiser les tests de conformité des produits avec des laboratoires internes et externes en collaboration avec les équipes S&T, les Chefs Produit et les sites de fabrication.
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire en effectuant une veille réglementaire de manière structurée et organisée pour suivre et comprendre de manière proactive les réglementations ayant un impact sur les opérations et la conformité de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir le Directeur Product Stewardship sur des projets stratégiques ad hoc de gestion des produits en analysant les réglementations et les impacts sur les produits et les activités d'Imerys. Contribuer à élaborer un plan pour déployer les projets Product Stewardship en temps opportun. Le / la Spécialiste Product Stewardship dirigera également de manière indépendante certains petits projets.
