You will join a team of 21 people within the ETI & MM commercial department. You will work with corporate clients, primarily large companies.

On a daily basis, your missions will be to:

• Train HR teams and social partners on topics related to employee savings and additional retirement (PEE, PERCOL, PERO, FCPE), financial products, and employee shareholding;
• Design and evolve the training offer (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by incorporating elements of gamification, activities, quizzes, etc.

As an Employee Savings and Retirement Trainer, you will participate in the development of the training activity, which is rapidly expanding, and in creating a differentiated service that is highly valued by our clients.

You have around ten years of experience in sales roles related to employee savings and retirement, ideally complemented by knowledge of asset management.

You master:

• Employee savings and additional retirement products;
• Financial products (FCPE / SICAV, etc.);

• Employee shareholding.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good listening ability. You are:

• Very comfortable in a sales position with a strong sense of customer relationship;
• Capable of participating in meetings with a diverse audience: employees, HR, social partners, etc.;
• Educational and able to simplify complex subjects.

You are proficient in English at a B2 level.
