Strategic HR Business Partner

Are you ready to shape the future of a complex, global organization through people, leadership, and transformation? We are seeking a senior Strategic HR Business Partner to support plant operations and act as a trusted advisor to leadership at the highest level.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. You will influence decisions, lead change, and strengthen organizational capability in an environment that values rigor, impact, and long-term thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to plant and senior leaders, translating business priorities into effective people and organizational solutions.
Lead and drive talent processes, including succession planning, performance calibration, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Support organizational design and transformation initiatives to enable operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Coach and advise leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and change leadership.
Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions, anticipate risks, and improve workforce effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery.
Champion employee engagement, culture evolution, and leadership accountability across operations.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic advisory role.
Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management within complex environments.
Solid business acumen, with the ability to influence and challenge leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable people outcomes.
Languages
French: Native proficiency
English: B2 level or higher
