As Omnichannel Marketing Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing transformation—designing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving demand generation that truly makes a difference.
Job Description
Key responsibilities :
- Strategize & Accelerate: implement omnichannel strategies that align with our marketing priorities and improve key customer journey touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution: Co-create and adapt campaign assets to support strategic programs across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor benchmarks, assess campaign efficiency, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Infrastructure Review: Audit current tools, content, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to produce high-impact assets and optimize campaign performance.
- Lead Generation: Integrate marketing efforts with sales teams to build and manage a lead generation framework.
- Internal Communication: Deliver clear, engaging updates to internal customers.
- Budget Oversight: Track marketing spend and provide monthly reporting.
Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with equivalent experience considered.
- Solid experience in omnichannel marketing—preferably in the MedTech or healthcare sector.
- Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Showpad).
- Analytical approach with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
