DESCRIPTION:

The Project Leader is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of Specific Contracts within a four‑year assignment, ensuring predictable execution, governance, and alignment with Agile and ITIL methodologies. The role oversees project scope, plans delivery cycles, manages resources and risks, and ensures compliance with security, ITSM, and project governance requirements. It involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking and reporting progress, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables aligned with organisational standards.

Competencies:

  • Lead the full execution of Specific Contracts over multi‑year assignments, ensuring timely and predictable delivery.
  • Plan, track, and report on project progress using structured project‑management methodologies.
  • Manage scope, change requests, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery through structured governance, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, ITSM processes, and organisational project‑management standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery continuity.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting across all levels of the organisation.

Technical skills:

  • Strong leadership in Agile/Scrum environments and iterative delivery models.
  • Expertise with project management frameworks PM2, PRINCE2, or PMP.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and related service‑management processes.
  • Proven capabilities in risk management, scope governance, planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills for complex environments.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience, including 8+ years applying formal project‑management methodologies.

  • 465-485€/day.
