Your Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales & Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Nancy. This is an on-site role at our Nancy office, located at Place Stanislas. You will support our sales and customer experience operations and ensure that our clients receive the best support possible throughout their journey with BALISTON. You will have the chance to learn, grow, and actively contribute to solving customer challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries (email/phone/chat)
  • Schedule and coordinate customer support calls
  • Assist clients in creating accounts and onboarding our solution
  • Coordinate internally with the sales, technical, and product teams to address client needs and issues
  • Client outreach and communication to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Update and maintain CRM records and client documentation
  • Help identify client pain points and suggest solutions for better engagement
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes
  • Contribute to sales-related support tasks as needed

Profile We're Looking For

  • Final-year student, recent graduate, or master's student in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and fluently spoken); French is a plus
  • A real "people person" – friendly, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Proactive, internally driven, dynamic, and solution-focused
  • Eager to learn, share knowledge, and grow in the role
  • Comfortable using digital tools and collaborating across teams
  • Interested in innovation, healthcare, and mobility solutions
