Sales Representative – Dutch Speaking | Berlin, Germany

Salary: €3,700 gross/month

Work Model: On-site, Berlin

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join an international sales team based in Berlin. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Engage with clients, both existing and new, to showcase and promote our innovative solutions

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

  • Communicate confidently via phone, email, and digital platforms

  • Hit individual sales and performance targets while contributing to team success

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in our systems

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (marketing experience is a plus)

  • Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher

  • English proficiency at B2 level

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Motivation to thrive in an on-site role in Berlin
