Au sein d?une grande organisation internationale Tech & Data (~200 personnes), vous intervenez dans une équipe Technical Operations structurée autour de 2 assets majeurs :

CI Factory (Engineering Platform)

Observability Platform

Objectif : professionnaliser et structurer la documentation technique afin de faciliter l?onboarding, harmoniser les pratiques et sécuriser la connaissance.

Vos missionsConduire des workshops de knowledge capture avec experts techniques

Documenter les processus d?exploitation, procedures, workflows, standards techniques

Produire et maintenir templates, normes et structures documentaires

Traduire des sujets complexes pour des audiences techniques & non techniques

Identifier les écarts, proposer des améliorations, contribuer à l?excellence opérationnelle

Assurer cohérence & conformité documentaire (audit, continuité d?activité?)

Livrables attendusTemplates et standards documentaires

Documentation complète des processus Technical Operations

Workshops & comptes rendus de knowledge sharing

Profil candidat:

Compétences obligatoiresTechnical Writing ? confirmé

Animation d?ateliers / Knowledge Capture ? confirmé

Très bonne compréhension d?environnements techniques : Ops, Network, Cloud, CI/CD, Observability?
