Nous recherchons un(e) Business Development Manager Industrial Market France H/F pour accélérer notre croissance et contribuer directement à l'expansion de l'entreprise.
C'est un poste à fort impact, idéal pour un profil entrepreneurial qui aime prendre des initiatives, aller vite et transformer les idées en résultats concrets.

Vous travaillerez en proximité avec le management pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités, structurer des stratégies scalables et générer une croissance durable .

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien

Accélérer la croissance

  • Identifier et activer de nouvelles opportunités business pour générer de la croissance et du chiffre d'affaires.

  • Analyser la performance commerciale et transformer rapidement les insights en actions.

  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de projets de développement, de l'idée à l'exécution.

Construire des stratégies gagnantes

  • Optimiser les stratégies de vente, marketing et go-to-market.

  • Analyser le marché, la concurrence et les comportements clients pour détecter de nouveaux leviers.

  • Lancer de nouvelles offres, partenariats ou lignes de business avec une approche test & learn.

Porter les relations & les deals

  • Développer des relations solides et durables avec clients et partenaires.

  • Piloter les négociations et conclure des deals créateurs de valeur à long terme.

  • Représenter la société à l'extérieur et renforcer sa visibilité sur le marché.

Ce que vous apportez

Indispensable

  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum en business development, croissance ou rôle commercial stratégique.

  • Un track record solide en développement du chiffre d'affaires et expansion business.

  • Une expérience terrain avec des outils CRM (ex. Salesforce).

  • D'excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.

Un vrai plus

  • Une approche data-driven et orientée résultats.

  • Une expérience dans des environnements en forte croissance ou en structuration.

  • Des compétences en planification, budgeting et pilotage de projets.

  • La capacité à gérer des initiatives de bout en bout, avec autonomie et ownership.

  • Optimize sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Analyze the market, competitors, and customer behavior to unlock new growth levers.

  • Launch new offers, partnerships, or business lines using a test & learn approach.

Own relationships & deals

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals that create long-term value.

  • Represent the company externally and strengthen its market visibility.

What you bring

Must-have

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, growth, or a strategic commercial role.

  • A strong track record in revenue growth and business expansion.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • A data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in fast-growing or scale-up environments.

  • Skills in planning, budgeting, and project management.

  • Ability to manage initiatives end-to-end with autonomy and ownership.
