Contribuez à transformer l'avenir de la fabrication en rejoignant une équipe passionnée et tournée vers l'innovation industrielle.
Vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter deux projets stratégiques d'industrialisation de solutions à usage unique :
Duplication d'une ligne de production existante de poches 2D à mouvement oscillant (Rocking Motion) sur un site de production en Afrique du Nord.
Industrialisation d'un nouveau modèle de poche à haute valeur ajoutée sur le site principal.
Vos missions principales
Piloter les projets technologiques et d'ingénierie liés à l'industrialisation et au développement de nouvelles lignes de production.
Industrialiser des solutions de procédés centrées sur le produit, robustes et performantes, en réduisant les délais de mise sur le marché.
Développer et diriger des projets d'amélioration continue et de transformation des procédés.
Fournir un support technique aux sites de production en difficulté et contribuer à l'harmonisation des processus au sein du groupe.
Gérer les relations fournisseurs : pilotage, co-développement, validation technique et suivi des livraisons.
Participer aux validations d'équipements (QI, QO, QP) et aux analyses techniques (5M, AMDEC, DOE).
Assurer le reporting projet et contribuer activement à la feuille de route d'efficacité industrielle.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur (mécanique, génie industriel, matériaux...) avec une spécialisation en procédés de fabrication.
Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets techniques, idéalement dans les procédés plastiques ou industriels complexes.
Bonne compréhension du lien entre produit et process de fabrication.
Expérience en méthodes Lean, assemblages mécaniques et validation d'équipements.
Connaissances appréciées en électricité, automatisation ou PLC.
Maîtrise des outils : MS Project, Pack Office, Minitab, AMDEC, DOE.
Connaissance des normes : GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Sécurité.
Anglais courant indispensable – allemand ou espagnol appréciés.
Capacité à fédérer, structurer et piloter des projets multi-acteurs.
