You'll join our European Sales Team, working remotely or from our Paris office, and help leading enterprises modernize their Contact Center and Microsoft Teams (and not only) environments with Imagicle solutions. If that sounds like you, let's shape the future of communication together.   What you will do in Imagicle:
  • Build, grow, and empower a strong network of partners, distributors, and resellers across France, turning relationships into long-term strategic alliances.
  • Drive demand and visibility through partner events, campaigns, and joint marketing activities, while staying ahead of market trends and sharing valuable insights with the management team.
  • Ensure partners are fully aligned and equipped, managing contracts, certifications, and agreements with precision and professionalism.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach: inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement tools.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, especially around Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Vendors' integration, to position Imagicle as the go-to solution.
  • Deliver impactful online demos, presentations, and sales trainings that inspire partners and customers alike.
  • Support partners in crafting compelling quotations, proposals, and business cases that close deals and accelerate growth.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead to loyalty, achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Keep your ecosystem alive and growing, maintaining and expanding an up-to-date database of key contacts and opportunities on our CRM.
  Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • French native speaker.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Traveling is often required.
  • Experience in the UC/CC/ICT market will be considered a plus.
