Votre rôle : développer un portefeuille de clients Mid Market et devenir leur conseiller digital local

Vous êtes responsable d'un portefeuille de comptes entre 15K€ et 60K€ ARR, avec un double objectif :

1. Développer le business (Upsell, Cross-sell, Renouvellements)
  • Déployer une stratégie de croissance sur vos comptes.

  • Détecter les besoins, qualifier les opportunités et gérer le cycle de vente complet jusqu'au closing.

  • Proposer les nouveaux modules Evermaps et accompagner l'augmentation de périmètre (nouveaux points de vente, nouveaux pays, nouvelles équipes…).

2. Accompagner et conseiller vos clients dans leur stratégie web-to-store

Vous devenez leur interlocuteur privilégié pour :

  • Améliorer leur visibilité locale (Google, Apple, réseaux sociaux…).

  • Piloter leurs avis clients et définir une stratégie d'animation réseau.

  • Optimiser leur store locator et leur présence digitale.

  • Transformer leurs données en recommandations activables.

  • Structurer leur organisation locale / nationale sur le sujet (process, gouvernance, roadmap).

Vous n'êtes pas seulement "account manager" : vous devenez un partenaire de croissance et de transformation.
