Responsibilities and Duties

We're seeking a skilled practitioner, passionate about technology and eager to expand their impact and responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as our go-to authority on Content Protection system implementations

Improve the technical excellence of the team by leading by example and coaching others
- Design and implement high-impact technical solutions aligned with modern architectural practices
- Provide mentorship, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement
- Translate product needs into technical deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
- Maintain a high standard of code quality and technical rigor
- Foster an environment of diverse perspectives, growth, accountability, and learning

Contribute technical input to strategic decisions alongside product leads and senior peers
- Lead a globally distributed team across multiple time zones (from UTC+6 to UTC–8)

 Essential

• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems
• Deep understanding of software design patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture)
• Experience planning and leading projects that delivered measurable business/customer impact
• Proficiency with both interpreted and compiled languages - We use Python, Go, TypeScript, C#, and Ruby
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse
- Comfortable with Linux server management
- Hands-on experience with: Containerization (e.g., Docker), Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ,Major cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with: Front-end frameworks (e.g., React), Web crawling/scraping methodologies
