Job DescriptionYou join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking), and more specifically the entity Treasury Solutions Operations (TSO) which provides middle and back office functions as well as third-party administration for Global Market Financing activities, Investment Banking and Trade and Treasury Solutions.
On a daily basis, your duties are to:
- Handle operations and investigations for a variety of clients (corporate banks and subsidiaries);
- Perform checks on the treatments performed;
- Participate in ongoing projects;
- Organize and provide training to collaborators;
- Identify and report malfunctions or needs for improvement, while participating in anti-money laundering meetings.
The processed operations include all means of payment such as credit transfers, international transfers and direct debits. They are carried out to settle salaries, business operations or tax settlements.

With a higher education, you have significant experience in the field of flow management or banking operations.
You master:
- Skills related to customer relationship management in the banking sector internationally;
- The usual office tools, especially Excel.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good listening ability, you are:
- Autonomous and rigorous;
- Appreciated for your team spirit;
- Recognized for your strength of proposal.
Your level of English is at least B2.
