Purpose of the Job
Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.
You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.
The areas of spend under management with this Pharmaceutical client are 2D Print and Promotional Merchandise.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client site(s) and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible -own the process
Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global's full-service offering
Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
Agree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performance
Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Deep technical Print expertise, with a strong understanding of diverse techniques
Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs
Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
Excellent English and French language skills

Essential Criteria

Proven experience managing and growing established client accounts - demonstrated ability to maintain long‑term relationships, manage day‑to‑day operations and deliver consistently high service levels for an existing client portfolio
Strong understanding of print production workflows and supplier coordination - hands‑on experience managing artwork, print and production processes, including job scoping, scheduling, quality control, and supplier communication across 2D print, promotional items and displays
Ability to identify optimization opportunities within an existing account - track record of improving processes, driving cost efficiencies, or enhancing service delivery within a stable client environment
Skilled in client communication, issue resolution, and expectation management - comfortable acting as the primary point of contact, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent English and French language skills
Experience working within structured account governance - familiarity with SLAs, reporting cycles, performance reviews, and established workflows typical of mature accounts.
Onsite with the client 3 times per week in Nanterre
