You'll grow the value of key accounts, drive their expansion, and ensure long-term satisfaction with the support of our Customer Success Managers. As the main point of contact for HR leaders and executives, you transform existing relationships into high-impact, concrete projects.The role is based in Paris, with the option to work remotely in France.Your clients are based all around the world, so you must be fluent in both French and English.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship ManagementYou will be the primary commercial contact for HR leaders and executive teams. You understand their organizational challenges, align stakeholders, support the long-term partnership vision, and ensure the quality of the relationship.You work closely with our Customer Success Managers to secure renewals and create the best conditions for the continuation of the partnership.Expansion & NegotiationYour core mission: growing existing accounts. You build and lead structured account plans to identify growth opportunities—new entities, new offerings, increased volume.You actively prospect within client organizations, map stakeholders, initiate new sales cycles, and lead negotiations until contract extensions are signed.Impact Analysis & Value DemonstrationYou analyze usage data and performance indicators to understand how teale transforms organizations. You extract actionable insights, craft clear messages for HR and executive teams, and leverage these elements to reinforce our strategic positioning, support decision-making, and identify future partnership opportunities.Internal OrchestrationYou coordinate all internal stakeholders—CS, Product, Marketing—to ensure smooth execution aligned with your accounts' strategic priorities. You circulate information, anticipate needs, and mobilize the right teams at the right time to maximize impact and client satisfaction.Internal Client AdvocacyYou escalate client needs, constraints, and feedback to contribute to Teale's continuous improvement.Work EnvironmentWe value flexibility and trust. The role is based in Paris (with 2 to 3 days per week in the office to maintain team synergy), and you are free to work remotely the rest of the time if you wish.Preferred ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in managing strategic B2B accounts (ideally in consulting or SaaS), with exposure to large organizations.Fluency in both French and English is required to collaborate with international clients and stakeholders.Strong command of multi-stakeholder environments and complex decision-making cycles.Natural ease in engaging with HR leaders and executive committees.Ability to build a structured account plan, map decision-makers, and define an expansion strategy.Solid commercial acumen: internal prospecting, opportunity creation, sales cycle management, and advanced negotiation.Relationship-building & networking: you know how to create and nurture strong connections through lunches, events, and in-person meetings to reinforce trust and uncover opportunities.High emotional intelligence, natural influence, and an ability to drive progress.Strong rigor and organizational skills; capable of managing a broad, diverse portfolio autonomously.Resilience and persistence: comfortable in environments where you must create the need, evangelize, and challenge the status quo.Team spirit, humility, boldness, and a desire to contribute to a mission with meaningful human impact.Recruitment ProcessConversation with Mélissa (HR Manager) – to discover teale, understand your motivations, and answer your first questions.Interview with Emmanuel (Head of Sales) – to explore your experience, commercial approach, and vision for the role.Role play – a practical case to assess your skills in a real-world scenario.Strategic interview with Nicolas (Co-founder & CRO) – to share teale's vision and discuss your potential impact.Office visit & informal meetings with the team – get to know our culture, meet your future colleagues, and feel the energy that drives us every day.Additional InformationContract Type: Full-TimeLocation: ParisEducation Level: Master's DegreeExperience: > 3 yearsPossible partial remote
