CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, une startup dans le secteur de la food en pleine croissance un Chief Financial Officer en CDI à Lille (59).

Véritable business partner et bras droit des fondateurs, vous accompagnerez la structure dans le pilotage de sa croissance.

Vos missions :

  • Etablissement et suivi de reportings pertinents
  • Mise en place de process afin de fluidifier la fonction finance
  • Management d'un responsable comptable et garant de la bonne tenue de la comptabilité courante
  • Proposition d'analyses pertinentes afin de faciliter la prise de décisions
  • Gestion des relations avec les investisseurs

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 8/12 ans
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience comme RAF ou DAF dans le secteur de la food ou du retail
  • Vous avez une expérience en audit ou TS
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et avez l'esprit d'équipe
