We are currently seeking a Digital Execution Manager on Projects reporting directly to Senior Manager Digital Execution on Projects to join our Digital for Operational Excellence team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the mission we offer you:

The Digital Execution Manager works with discipline leads and project management to define and implement digital strategies on business projects for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction domain. Reporting to the project director, He or She coordinates the selection and deployment of digital initiatives in coordination with discipline leads, business domain owners, product owners, and product leads.

This role may also involve managing IT and project information and tools teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities on projects :

• Facilitate a smooth deployment of core project execution systems in collaboration with relevant disciplines.
• Develop and implement a digital strategy focused on the key objectives of the project and in line with the Digital Acceleration Plan Program.
• Define implementation budgets and estimated ROI for each digital initiative.
• Support and monitor the development and deployment of all digital initiatives.
• Communicate and coordinate with partners, operating centers, delivery managers, and discipline managers to ensure the adoption of digital initiatives.
• Gather feedback on digital initiatives and their impact.
• Liaise on regular basis with Digiteam to push the Projects feedbacks and identify new digital opportunities especially thru DAP Initiatives

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a project discipline or Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience on business projects, in various disciplines, during project execution phases
• Strong knowledge on Digital/IT fields, with an validated experience of the deployment of digital products (application) on project
• Good knowledge on overall digital/IT architecture is a real asset for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership and change management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of emerging data & AI technologies and trends, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
