At Bonx we're looking for a Founding Marketing to join our team.

TL;DR:
Bonx is a VC-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the ERP market, fresh off an $8M Seed round. We are hiring one of our first key employees, a Founding Marketing Lead, who will be responsible for massively scaling our marketing engine. You'll be in charge of building a best-in-class marketing foundation, across content, demand generation, community, and brand.
Great Location: Paris, in our offices in the 9th.
Salary: fixed + variable + BSPCE
Contract Type: Full-time, benefits per the SYNTEC collective agreement.
Reporting Line: Co-founder & CEO (Alexandre).
About us
Founded by two tech entrepreneurs, Bonx is on a mission to disrupt a 45-year-old ERP market dominated by legacy software providers. ERPs are essential to industrial companies, but they're notoriously painful to implement and adapt. Across Europe and the US, millions of SMEs are underserved by outdated solutions or avoid ERPs entirely due to complexity.
Bonx is the first no-code, AI-driven manufacturing ERP. Our clients implement Bonx 10x faster than legacy systems and adapt interfaces autonomously without the need for long IT development cycles.
We're backed by the best European and American investors (Lakestar, Dynamo Ventures, OSS Ventures, Kima Ventures...) and are in the process of scaling our platform, accelerating go-to-market, and delivering massive value to manufacturers.
We're recruiting a Founding Marketing, the architect of Bonx's marketing engine. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define how Bonx tells its story and reaches the world.
About the Role
You'll build Bonx's marketing engine from scratch. Alex (CEO) will dedicate 40% of his bandwidth to you, and together you'll work on cracking a unique marketing playbook, one never seen before on the ERP market. Our objective is not just to generate leads, it's to find the recipe to generate so many qualified leads at such a low cost that our competitors can't sleep at night.
After 6-9 months of iteration on the recipe, you'll scale it by building a bigger team - your team.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Co-building and executing Bonx's content, community, and demand generation strategy.
● Driving brand awareness and positioning to make Bonx the reference ERP for industrial SMEs.
● Creating marketing assets that resonate deeply with our ICP (founders, CEOs, COOs of manufacturers).
● Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales are perfectly aligned.
● Analyzing and improving campaign effectiveness based on data and feedback.
● Informing and enriching the CRM with marketing-driven lead data.
● Hiring a team of rockstars to support you (PMM, Content, Paid…)

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
● +8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with outstanding results.

● Fluent in French & English.

● You're not proactive and energetic — we need someone who makes things happen.
● You're not looking for a challenge — this is a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
● You don't have an entrepreneurial profile: self-taught, autonomous, dynamic.
● You're not excited by the idea of building huge things from scratch.
● You're not comfortable working in French and English (our team has been international from day one).
Recruitment Process
Introductory Interview: A 30-minute chat with Guillaume (Chief of Staff) to discuss your motivations and answer any questions.
Experience Interview: Deep dive into your experiences with Alex (CEO) (1 hour).
Technical Interview: A deep dive into your marketing skills and a case study with Tom (Senior Freelance Marketing ) (1 hour).
