Internal Audit Actuary (P&C Pricing)
to join its dynamic Actuarial Department and play a key role in reviewing and strengthening pricing practices across Personal Lines, commercial and Reinsurance. The role will see you work with local & international teams.

Role Overview
As an Internal Audit Actuary, you will assess and validate pricing models and methodologies, ensuring their robustness, transparency, and compliance. Working closely with Underwriting, Claims, and Actuarial teams, you'll communicate audit insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management and the COMEX/C-Suite team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and validate P&C pricing models and assumptions.
  • Assess data quality and pricing methodologies for accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Claims teams to align pricing and reserving with business goals.
  • Provide clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations.
  • Support other auditors with actuarial insights and guidance.
  • Present results clearly to senior leadership, ensuring accessibility for non-specialist audiences.
  • Participate in cross-entity and international audit missions (2-3 times per year, travel is optional).

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Pricing (Personal Lines and/or Reinsurance); Reserving a plus.
  • Knowledge of Product Development, Underwriting, and Claims.
  • Proficiency with SAS, Python, Akur8, VBA.
  • Actuarial or Statistics background within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Professional and confident posture in discussions with diverse teams.
