Le Project Management Office (PMO) au sein de la R&I sont des agents de la transformation locale et sur le terrain qui ont pour vocation de sécuriser et soutenir la transformation de la R&I en s'appuyant sur une expertise méthodologique (essentiellement la gestion de projet) et sur des softs skills.

Ce poste à pourvoir à partir de Janvier 2026 pour une durée de 6 mois, renouvelable.

Vos principales missions :

  • Accompagner le déploiement d'un projet de transformation
  • Mettre en place et gérer la communication et la formation des utilisateurs.
  • Fournir un support et un coaching aux équipes.
  • Suivre les indicateurs d'adoption (KPI) du projet.
  • Recueillir les retours d'expérience, mettre à jour les outils et améliorer les procédures en continu.
  • Réaliser une veille active pour se tenir informé des nouvelles méthodes et "Ways of Working" (WOWs) afin d'augmenter l'efficacité et/ou la créativité.

Vos atouts pour réussir :

  • Un Bac+5, avec des connaissances scientifiques poussées dans un des domaines scientifiques tels que la chimie, biologie, physique, etc.
  • A minima 3 ans d'expériences préalable en gestion de projets et de programmes.
  • Connaissance du domaine de la recherche avancée et de l'innovation.
  • Idéalement une certification reconnue sur les méthodologies de gestion de projet et d'innovation (Agile, Lean, Change management / ADKAR)
  • Un réel facilitateur, et vous aimez les challenges
  • Empathique et vous encouragez la coopération
