Job DescriptionYou join the Major Projects and Sustainable Development department integrated into AEW's Asset Management France. As a Technical Project Manager, your role is to advise investment teams, develop work programs, design and manage development and major restructuring operations, and advise the Asset Managers on any important technical subject.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Carry out in-depth technical expertise on real estate investment files, with emphasis on architectural and functional analysis, technical performance, environmental audits, as well as the associated technical and financial risk assessment.
- Advise the investment teams on all technical aspects, regulation, compliance, work necessary to upgrade or bring the asset into compliance, ... until the conclusion of the acts.
- Develop work programs, design and management of development operations, from the programming-assembly-design phase to the conclusion of contracts and the implementation of projects.
- Design, program, have executed and control the works provided for in the multi-year work plans, or necessary for the restructuring and renovation of the heritage under management, its enhancement, and its compliance.

If applicable, assist the Asset Managers in monitoring the resulting work from claims that have occurred, risks related to the owner's obligations regarding security, or heritage improvement.
- Lead the work on implementing the objectives of the energy transition law on assets under management.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions and hold a degree in building engineering.
You master:
- the development of logistics, trade and shopping centres;
- project management and acquisition due diligence.
- The applicable regulations in the building;
- Securing buildings;
- The management of technical projects for new operations and heavy restructuring.
You have strong operational and organizational qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen and work as a team.
You master English with a C1 level
