Skills And Competencies

  • Proven B2B sales expertise with a strong record of target achievement
  • Experience selling to Government/Public Sector (SaaS or data-driven solutions preferred)
  • Skilled in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluency in French & English Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working

Education

  • Degree educated (or equivalent), preferably in finance, business, or economics

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities in the Government/Public sector, managing the full sales cycle and existing accounts.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Grow and support existing client relationships to drive cross-sell and upsell
  • Understand clients' strategic initiatives, procurement criteria, and decision-making processes
  • Present tailored, consultative solutions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and seminars
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to support complex solution implementation
