3DISC is accelerating its U.S. expansion and is seeking an elite commercial leader with deep experience selling imaging equipment for major manufacturers. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines 10+ years of proven success in capital equipment sales, a strong digital mindset, and ideally hands-on experience working with DSOs and dental labs.

About the Role

As our National Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving 3DISC's national commercial footprint in the U.S. dental market. You will initially lead a small team of sales professionals while continuing to operate strategically in the field. Over time, you will build and manage a team of 5–8 sales representatives as we expand our national organization.
This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build something from scratch.

Your mission:

 Drive national growth of 3DISC's digital imaging solutions

 Build and scale a high-performance U.S. sales team

 Strengthen strategic partnerships across DSOs, labs, and key accounts

 Serve as the primary commercial voice shaping U.S. strategy

This is a senior leadership role with direct visibility to the CEO and substantial influence on our long-term U.S. market expansion.

What You'll Do

 Lead 3DISC's U.S. sales strategy for imaging equipment and digital solutions

 Manage and mentor an initial team of 1–2 sales reps, scaling to 5–8 as growth accelerates

 Drive new business development with DSOs, labs, and large group practices

 Own field execution, major account management, and customer-facing activities

 Build scalable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and performance frameworks

 Develop competitive strategies and insights to shape product and market positioning

 Partner with marketing, clinical, and product teams to accelerate adoption

 Represent 3DISC at industry events, summits, and key commercial forums

 Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence with customers (50%+ travel)

What You Bring

 Minimum 10 years of experience selling imaging equipment for a large manufacturer

 Outstanding sales track record with demonstrable success in exceeding targets

 Digitally fluent mindset with a strong understanding of digital workflows

 Experience working with DSOs and dental labs (highly preferred)

 A true field-oriented leader — comfortable in front of customers and in the F/F

 Based on the East Coast of the U.S.

 Proven ability to lead, inspire, and build successful sales teams

 Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive relationship-building skills

 National travel availability (50%+)
