Développeur Backend Go Expérimenté Team Import Mobility

Objectif : Développer consolider les services API auprès de nos clients professionnels de l'automobile pour leur permettre de déposer leurs annonces de la manière la plus efficiente et résiliente, pour leurs permettre de toucher un maximum d'acheteurs potentiels.

Tu rejoindras une équipe de 5 personnes mixant expertise technique et la relation avec nos partenaires, pilotée par un Engineering manager et un Product Owner.

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en Go (Golang) — c'est ta base
  • Bonnes notions en microservices, API REST, scalabilité, performances et architecture event-driven avec Kafka
  • Tu aimes comprendre le "pourquoi" derrière le "comment"
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe, partager tes idées et challenger celles des autres
  • Si tu as une grosse appétence pour du front avec React, alors c'est parfait car une partie de la stack Import est en React pour le back-office

Responsabilités liées au poste
Ce que tu feras au quotidien :

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des microservices backend solides et performants
  • Améliorer en continu notre architecture distribuée
  • Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes backend de la tribe pour livrer des features qui comptent
  • Optimiser les perfs, la scalabilité et la qualité du code
  • Être des décisions techniques et produit, pas juste exécutant.e
  • Discuter ouvertement des problèmes quotidiens qui te bloquent, te ralentissent afin que l'équipe puisse t'aider à les résoudre rapidement et améliorer le cadre de travail
