Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Senior Data Analyst & KPI AdvisorLocation: Remote | Work Hours: Overlap with US Time ZonesWe are seeking senior Data Analytics professionals with strong domain expertise in Finance and Operations to support CXO-level decision-making for US-based enterprises and Private Equity–backed organizations.Requirements10+ years of experience in data analytics within a leading consulting or advisory firm.Finance or Operations MBA or Chartered Accountant qualification.Prior experience working with US-based clients; comfortable working in overlapping US time zones.Strong understanding of enterprise processes, including: Order to Cash (O2C) / Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R)Experience supporting Large Enterprises; Private Equity portfolio company or sponsor experience preferred.SkillsKPI-driven analytics and CXO-level reporting.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data processing.Familiarity with modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and Azure Synapse Analytics.Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine and operationalize Finance & Operations KPIs aligned with business outcomes.Translate business objectives into data requirements, metrics, and analytical models.Build and deliver executive dashboards and insights for CXOs and senior leadership.Support analytics initiatives for large enterprises and Private Equity portfolio companies.Partner with business and data engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
