Job Brief
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Senior Sales Leader
responsible for
revenue generation and strategic growth
across Digital Commerce and Data services. The role requires a strong individual contributor with the ability to influence growth through industry relationships, strategic planning, and execution.

Service Portfolio

  • Commerce Platforms: SAP Hybris, Oracle Commerce
  • Data Solutions: Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring 4–6 marquee (top-tier) clients annually, generating USD 1–3 million in revenue
  • Leverage strong industry relationships and networks, especially within SAP, Oracle, and Informatica ecosystems, including sales teams, customers, and partners
  • Define and execute a 2–3 year regional sales roadmap aligned with organizational strengths and capabilities
  • Operate as an Independent Contributor (IC) while positively influencing internal teams with innovative ideas, energy, and strategic direction
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to accelerate growth
  • Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position solutions and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, presales, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal closures

Required Skills & Experience
Technical / Professional Skills

  • Proven track record as a sales leader, preferably in digital commerce or data services
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience selling to C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Informatica
  • Demonstrated success in building and closing large, complex deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
