About the Role

Join our Fine Fragrance team and shape the future of scent for some of the world's most iconic brands.

As a
Senior Fragrance Development Manager (FDM)
, you will be the creative and strategic link between our clients, perfumers, and marketing teams bringing olfactive visions to life for global key accounts.

What you will do:

  • Transform Ideas into Scents:
    Interpret client briefs and translate marketing and consumer insights into compelling olfactive directions.
  • Curate Exceptional Fragrances:
    Select and evaluate fine fragrances in close collaboration with perfumers and technical teams, ensuring performance, differentiation, and feasibility.
  • Lead Global Projects:
    Manage complex, international projects for major accounts, aligning stakeholders across regions and cultures.
  • Drive Innovation:
    Develop creative fragrance concepts for proactive presentations and strategic initiatives, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Leverage Consumer Insights:
    Analyse sensory data and test results to optimise fragrance recommendations.
  • Inspire & Communicate:
    Present olfactive concepts with clarity and passion to clients and internal teams.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in fragrance development/evaluation, with proven expertise/success in
    Fine Fragrance
    with global key accounts.
  • Strong olfactive culture and ability to assess fragrance performance.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen sense of detail and trend awareness.
  • Proficiency in fragrance databases and project management tools.
  • Fluent in French and English, other languages are an advantage.
