As a
Senior Fragrance Development Manager (FDM)
, you will be the creative and strategic link between our clients, perfumers, and marketing teams bringing olfactive visions to life for global key accounts.
What you will do:
- Transform Ideas into Scents:
Interpret client briefs and translate marketing and consumer insights into compelling olfactive directions. - Curate Exceptional Fragrances:
Select and evaluate fine fragrances in close collaboration with perfumers and technical teams, ensuring performance, differentiation, and feasibility. - Lead Global Projects:
Manage complex, international projects for major accounts, aligning stakeholders across regions and cultures. - Drive Innovation:
Develop creative fragrance concepts for proactive presentations and strategic initiatives, staying ahead of market trends. - Leverage Consumer Insights:
Analyse sensory data and test results to optimise fragrance recommendations. - Inspire & Communicate:
Present olfactive concepts with clarity and passion to clients and internal teams.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in fragrance development/evaluation, with proven expertise/success in
Fine Fragrance
with global key accounts. - Strong olfactive culture and ability to assess fragrance performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen sense of detail and trend awareness.
- Proficiency in fragrance databases and project management tools.
- Fluent in French and English, other languages are an advantage.
