Your role
About the Role
Join our Fine Fragrance team and shape the future of scent for some of the world's most iconic brands.
As a Senior Fragrance Development Manager (FDM), you will be the creative and strategic link between our clients, perfumers, and marketing teams bringing olfactive visions to life for global key accounts.
What you will do:
- Transform Ideas into Scents: Interpret client briefs and translate marketing and consumer insights into compelling olfactive directions.
- Curate Exceptional Fragrances: Select and evaluate fine fragrances in close collaboration with perfumers and technical teams, ensuring performance, differentiation, and feasibility.
- Lead Global Projects: Manage complex, international projects for major accounts, aligning stakeholders across regions and cultures.
- Drive Innovation: Develop creative fragrance concepts for proactive presentations and strategic initiatives, staying ahead of market trends.
- Leverage Consumer Insights: Analyse sensory data and test results to optimise fragrance recommendations.
- Inspire & Communicate: Present olfactive concepts with clarity and passion to clients and internal teams.
About you
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in fragrance development/evaluation, with proven expertise/success in Fine Fragrance with global key accounts.
- Strong olfactive culture and ability to assess fragrance performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen sense of detail and trend awareness.
- Proficiency in fragrance databases and project management tools.
- Fluent in French and English, other languages are an advantage.
