Job Summary
Processing Solutions and Equipment Deliver competitive integrated food and liquid food solutions that satisfy our customer's market needs, using automation and digital technologies to improve total-cost-of-ownership and quality for customers by delivering integrated line and value chain solutions.

We are now looking for a Senior Pre Project Manager, who will be responsible for preparing Quotations.

The position is permanent and based in Paris, France. You will travel up to 30% of your time.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Pre-Project Manager you will be engaged in the pre project and bidding phase, working within the internal Tetra Pak and the customer team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage project quotation activities on specific enquiries within a customer team
  • Evaluate the client's needs and prepare the possible solutions
  • Prepare a high-level design and provide a concept which meet the customer's expectation
  • Responsible for technical specifications and getting the prices in, prepare the cost calculation and put together the whole bid document

We believe you have

  • Strong technical background both in theory and practice, and a degree level in an Engineering or food related subject.
  • At least 5 years working experience from the food industry.
  • A real understanding of cultural awareness.
  • Experience of implementing food processing solutions.
  • You are fluent both in written and spoken English and French, other European languages are considered a plus

You are an outstanding negotiator, who can communicate effectively both with your colleagues at sales, engineering and supply chain, and your customers and suppliers. You are able to manage the promises and expectations in a way to bring satisfaction for all parties at the end.
