Raison d'être du poste:

Au sein d'une équipe technique passionnée, vous participerez à la conception et à la mise en oeuvre directe des infrastructures réseau et systèmes du Cloud Castle IT.

Votre mission : assurer la performance, la sécurité et la fiabilité de nos plateformes tout en contribuant aux choix technologiques et à l'amélioration continue de notre production.

Pas de gestion de budget, proposition technologique possible, pas de management pyramidale, gestion de type Holacratie avec des grandes lignes directrices.

Missions clés:

  • Déployer, exploiter et optimiser les infrastructures réseau L2/L3 et les environnements routage avancé : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN.

  • Assurer la haute disponibilité et la résilience du réseau (peering, redondance, tuning BGP/OSPF).

  • Gérer et sécuriser les infrastructures firewall et VPN (Juniper, Fortinet).

  • Participer à la conception et à l'implémentation des architectures validées par le CTO.

  • Automatiser et industrialiser les déploiements (Ansible, Git, Python, CI/CD).

  • Contribuer activement à la supervision et à la performance globale des plateformes.

  • Intervenir sur les incidents de niveau 3 et assurer leur résolution durable (post-mortems, plan d'actions techniques).

  • Participer à la documentation vivante et versionnée des environnements réseau et systèmes.

Environnements & outils:

  • Réseau : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN ; équipements principalement Juniper, et de manière occasionnellement Cisco et Fortinet.

  • Sécurité : FW NGFW (Fortinet/PAN/Cisco), NAT, VPN IPsec/SSL, IDS/IPS, WAF (selon projets).

  • Systèmes : Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), BSD (FreeBSD/OpenBSD), Windows Server (base).

  • Virtualisation/Cloud : KVM/Libvirt, Proxmox, VMware/Hyper-V (connaissance), containers/Kubernetes (plus).

  • Stockage : iSCSI, NFS, Ceph (plus) ; notions de performance & résilience.

  • Observabilité : Zabbix, Centreon, Wazuh, Grafana, Syslog-ng.

  • Automation : Ansible, Python (APIs/CLI), Git, CI/CD.

  • 7-12 ans d'expérience (opérateur, MSP, cloud provider).

  • Excellente maîtrise du routage dynamique et des environnements BGP/OSPF complexes.

  • Bonne connaissance des environnements sécurité réseau, Linux, virtualisation (KVM, Proxmox, VMware).

  • Rigueur, curiosité, autonomie et goût du terrain technique.
