We are looking for a
Senior Service Delivery Specialist
for a key client based in
Strasbourg
, France.

Tasks
(non-exhaustive list):

  • Coordinate day-to-day service delivery in line with SLAs.
  • Support incident management and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain effective relationships with operational teams.
  • Prepare operational and incident reports.
  • Ensure quality throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
  • Analyse performance data to identify improvements.
  • Support the transition of new projects and services into BAU.
  • Assist with Problem and Release Management activities.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with internal teams and vendors.
  • Monitor Problem Management KPIs and handle escalations.

Requirements:

  • ICT-related Master's degree
    or 4 years of higher education.
  • At least
    4 years of relevant experience
    .
  • At least
    2 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience
    .
  • ITIL
    /
    ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
    .
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Microsoft applications
    including
    MS Project
    ,
    MS Excel
    and
    MS Visio
    .
  • Strong skills in
    problem solving
    ,
    people-management
    and
    communication skills
    .
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals autonomously as well as work well in group.

Language

  • English B2
    (or higher).

Location

  • Strasbourg, France
    (mainly on-site).
