Explore your future career Malt is scaling up fast and we are looking for a strategic leader to head our Talent Acquisition team. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of approximately 10 recruiters across Europe.Your core mission is to drive the transformation of our hiring practices, championing a "raise the bar" philosophy to attract and secure the best talent that will fuel Malt's next chapter of growth. Key responsibilities
  • I. Lead and Develop a High-Performing, Cross-European TA Team
    Mentor, coach, and manage a distributed team of ~10 Talent Acquisition Partners across our countries.Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture ("joy is our secret sauce" ).Develop team members' skills, aligning their growth with Malt's career path mindset.Allocate resources effectively to meet ambitious hiring targets across all divisions.
  • II. Drive TA Transformation and "Raise the Bar" Initiatives
    Audit and re-engineer our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for scalability, efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience, using AI & automation.Design and implement with the team new assessment frameworks, interview training, structured debrief processes to ensure a consistent "raise the bar" standard for all hires.Champion data-driven recruitment; build and manage dashboards to track key metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, D&I) and guide strategic decisions.Implement a culture of candidates pipeliningLead the evolution of our employer branding strategy in partnership with Marketing to position Malt as a top tech employer in Europe.
  • III. Act as a Strategic Partner to the Business
    Partner directly with CHRO and Malt leadership to understand long-term workforce planning needs and build the talent strategy to match.Act as a "trusted advisor" to hiring managers, advising on market trends and talent mapping.Own and manage the TA budget, including tool selection (ATS, sourcing tools) and vendor relationships.Collaborate with the broader People team (HRDs L&D, Operations, C&B) to ensure the TA function is fully integrated into the employee lifecycle.Address C-Level pipeline during the all year, partnering with CHRO and CeOParticipate in succession planning process

About you
  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership role managing recruiters..
  • Proven experience managing a distributed, international recruitment team is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of designing and executing TA "transformation" projects (e.g., process re-engineering).
  • Expertise in building and implementing "raise the bar" hiring methodologies, including profiling methodology, hiring process and trainings hiring managers.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment analytics to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or digital marketplace is a plus.
  • Excellent formal communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Excellent listening skills and capacity to create trust-based relationships.
  • Fully professional English is required
How to join the mission?
  • First call with a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, and aspirations and answer your questions.
  • Interview with our Chief People Officer, your manager, to discuss your experience and strategic vision for the role.
  • Then, you will meet with key stakeholders (e.g., a BU Manager and another People Leader) for a Strategic Case Study.
  • Final interview with Vincent Huguet, CEO, to discuss our long-term vision
