Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Paris, with flexibility for remote work (work travels). The Salesperson will actively engage with customers, provide excellent service, and assist them in selecting luxurious products that meet their needs. Responsibilities include maintaining the presentation of the store, achieving sales targets, staying updated on the brand's product offerings, and providing insights to enhance the customer experience. The role also involves managing inventory, processing transactions efficiently, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills with an ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist and engage clients
  • Product knowledge and a passion for luxury fashion and goods
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to the hybrid work structure
  • Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, is a must
  • French and English spoken
  • Adaptable, efficient, consistent
  • Team spirit and management support

Pay is commission-based (high to very high). CDD or CDI.
