Your Mission

As our Business Development Leader, you will own revenue growth and strategic client acquisition across IT services and consulting offerings.

You are not here to "manage pipelines".

You are here to create them.

What you will do

  • Build and execute a new business acquisition strategy (mid-market & large accounts)
  • Open doors at C-level (CIO, CISO, CTO, COO) and become a trusted advisor
  • Sell high-value IT services:
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Managed Services
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Digital Transformation & Consulting
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles:
  • Prospecting → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing
  • Work closely with delivery, presales, and leadership teams
  • Contribute to offer positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market
  • Optionally mentor or structure junior sales resources (depending on profile)

The profile we are looking for

We are not looking for a generic salesperson.

We are looking for someone who has already proven that they can sell complex services, repeatedly.

Mandatory experience

  • 10+ years in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management
  • Strong background in IT services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity or consulting
  • Demonstrated hunter DNA with measurable revenue impact
  • Experience selling to large accounts and strategic customers
  • Comfortable in complex, long sales cycles
  • Ability to work autonomously and own targets end-to-end

Nice to have (strong differentiators)

  • Experience in Luxembourg / France / European markets
  • Managed Services & Compliance exposure (ISO, security frameworks, etc.)
  • Experience in consulting-led sales
  • Track record of €1M+ annual revenue generation
  • Ability to speak business and technology with executives

Languages

  • French: Native or fluent
  • English: Professional
  • Any additional European language is a strong plus
