Résumé du poste
Assister le développement commercial de l'entreprise en lien avec les équipes commerciales et marketing ainsi que les clients, afin de garantir la performance commerciale et la satisfaction client en lien avec la stratégie commerciale établie par l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
Support Commercial

  • Assurer le support technique et commercial des clients sur toute la gamme de produits PARTENAIR
  • Renseigner les clients sur les prix, la disponibilité et les délais de livraison de nos produits
  • Rédiger les devis demandés et en assurer le suivi (relances, etc.)
  • Mettre à jour et suivre la base de données clients
  • En coordination avec les responsables commerciaux régionaux ainsi que le service marketing, suivre et mettre en place des opérations marketing et relancer ces opérations par appels sortants
  • Mettre à jour et suivre le pipeline des ventes afin de maximiser les résultats commerciaux
  • Gérer les relances clients
  • Saisir des commandes en l'absence de la personne responsable de cette activité ou lors d'un surcroit d'activité.
  • Procéder aux reportings nécessaires au suivi de l'activité commerciale (IDM, Bookings, etc.)
  • Assister le service financier au besoin quant à la récupération des sommes dues par les clients

Qualifications De Base

  • L'emploi nécessite des connaissances de niveau Bac+2 en techniques de vente, administration des ventes
  • Expérience requise de 2 à 5 ans en qualité de commercial ou administratif, le candidat devra faire preuve d'une connaissance ou d'une sensibilité à la technique
  • Maitrise de l'outils informatique et téléphonique.
  • Polyvalent.
  • La pratique d'un logiciel graphique pour la création d'opérations marketing serait un plus.
  • Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
